1. You get friendship as you become a leader! You will be introduced to your new downline and he will explain why he has to slow down. You will get one on one calls with your NEW downline and you will become the leader. There will be no conflicts with your new downline. In fact You will be the hero of the day. A non-conflict agreement will be part of your contract.

2. You get 3-way telephone training with him. You line up the prospects and for 30 days he will work with you on the phone to teach you how to use the phone. You get 3 afternoons/nights a four hours a week in your 30 days. You can go to so called MLM Gurus and ask them what they would charge. They will tell you $10,000 to $20,000 for this much dedicated real time "hands
on" phone training. There are also leaders in the upline that are at the highest success levels and graciously available to help you grow. They are great and will help you grow to success if you are willing to work.

3. A special perk from the tax angle is that there are downlines in both Hawaii and Europe. Travel: To point unspecified locality for meet with Rod Cook, lawyers (if desired) and buying party (in continental U.S.)

Legal fees: Each party responsible for own

Contract: Standard sales contract and transfer agreement in accordance with Nikken policies and procedures.
